The Mint as a Melbourne Wedding Venue
Located in the Melbourne CBD, The Mint is one of Melbourne’s oldest pubs. With the biggest beer garden in CBD, The Mint has its unique weekly events as one popular venue for little modern and classic weddings. The classic decking with warm lights offers a sense of jollification for reception.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer who captures wedding quite often in Melbourne city, what I love most about this The Mint is the amount of photography opportunities available near the venue as well as the awesome beverage provided by this beer garden. After the sweet wedding ceremony, the bridal party could just head to the Flagstaff Garden just next to the venue to get natural and candid photos under the hundred-years trees or before the dynamic topical plants. Meanwhile, some classic photography outside the Hellenic Museum will make your wedding day diversified while your guests is enjoying the reception in the venue.
OUR STORY WITH THE COUPLE:
We met with the lovely couple last year and it was great knowing the couple fell in love with our style of wedding photography at the very beginning. With many years’ experiences of capturing Melbourne wedding photography, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The wedding getting ready: our Melbourne wedding photographer started his day by capturing our bride and groom Michelle and Daniel’s getting ready routine with their lovely groomsmen and bridesmaids before they went to their wedding venue. Our photographers captured lots of precious moments that will bring the couple back to their big day when they review these photos.
The wedding ceremony: standing in front of the gorgeous arch right by the venue door, the couple exchanged their wedding vows and rings to each other and made their first kiss in front of all their friends and families.
The wedding photo location: in the Flagstaff Garden, our Melbourne wedding photographer took lots of cute photos under the old and big trees as both couple and their groomsmen and bridesmaids were funny and energetic. On the way to the venue, the Hellenic Museum building was also a must go place for classic wedding photography.
