St Andrews Conservatory as a Melbourne Wedding Venue
Located right by the Melbourne Museum in Fitzroy, St Andrews Conservatory is one of the most unique wedding venues in Melbourne which offers romantic and sociable atmosphere for couples and their guests. Inside St Andrews Conservatory, you will find distinctive glass roof and warm natural light for modern style wedding. Meanwhile, it is better to book early if you are going to hold your wedding here as the venue is such a popular place which wined many bridal awards for many years.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer who literally fell in love instantly when stepped into the St Andrews Conservatory, what I love most about this wedding venue is the amount of photography opportunities available around the venue as well as the well-regulated coordinate during the big day. After the wedding ceremony, the bridal party could just head to the Melbourne Museum and Royal Exhibition building next to the venue to get some classic and gorgeous photos. The trees and little lakes around will be a perfect backdrop for natural and candid photos.
OUR STORY WITH THE COUPLE:
We met with the lovely couple last year and it was pleasant knowing the couple fell in love with our style of wedding photography at the very beginning. With many years of experience from capturing Melbourne wedding photography, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The wedding getting ready: our Melbourne wedding photographer started his day by capturing our bride and groom Adele and Sam’s morning getting ready at home before they head to the wedding ceremony. Our photographer captured lots of nice photos when the couple interacting with their friends and families.
The wedding ceremony: in the stately church, with the presence of couple’s friends and families, the couple exchanged their wedding vows and rings to each other and made their first kiss.
The wedding photo location: after the ceremony, we head to the Melbourne Museum and took kinds of natural and candid photos around the park there. Before the historical buildings, some classic photography was captured on the way back to the St Andrews Hotel.
