What Else included in the same day edited wedding video package
After the wedding day, We have another two video product scheduled to deliver to you. The first one is a 1-min truly dramatic and uplifting trailer uploaded to the social media for you to spread the love. We committed to deliver this within 1 week after your wedding. The second one is a full length edited film. Depending on the package length, this film is normally between 1.5 hours to 3 hours. we will finish the editing of this film within 8 weeks in our South Melbourne based Studio.

What is a same day edit wedding video?
A same day edit (or SDE for short) wedding video is a mini-documentary trailer that unfolds the story of the wedding day, shows the bride and groom’s perspective and personality. This short highlight film covers most of the intimate moments of your event, including the pre-ceremony preparations, ceremony, post-ceremony portraiture. And most importantly, this video will be edited on the day of your wedding and ready to show to your guests during the evening reception.
How does the same day edit wedding video work?
To turn this short film into reality, we always need the second videographer or even the third one to work on your wedding day. On the morning of your wedding, our wedding video team will arrive and start filming the bridal preparation, ceremony, and post-ceremony portraiture. Usually towards the start of the evening reception, one of our videographers will step away from the celebration and start editing, while other team members will continue filming the rest of the weddings in order to create the full-length highlight reel for late delivery. Once this short film has been edited, we will export and render it into the right format in high definition, which means it can be shown on a projector or a TV at your wedding.
How long is the same day edit wedding video and how long we need to edit it?
Our same day edit wedding video is normally 3-5 minutes in length. After years of experience to provide this service to our couple, we found 3-5 minutes often deliver the best result. We have to make sure the quality is over quantity and the time of editing, exporting and rendering is at the optimum setup for view pleasure.
For the editing time, we require at least 3 hours between the last event in the video and playing the video for your guests.
What if we cannot do it?
While this isn’t a problem we’ve run into, we realize that we don’t have the complete control over everything that happens during your wedding day. If there were something prevents us from finishing the same day edit video on your wedding day, we will refund you for the same day edit service. You will still have the full-length feature highlight shortly after your wedding.
