Quat Quatta as a Melbourne Wedding Venue
located in the south east side of the Melbourne, the Quat Quatta represents a heritage Victorian mansion with grand architecture and gorgeous gardens.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer that captures wedding regularly at the Quat Quatta, what I love about capturing wedding photography at this wedding venue is its stunning garden setting. Quat Quatta’s incredible hedging, festoon lighting, bronze fountain and marble veranda provides a perfect natural and elegant backdrop for wedding photos. With both ceremony courtyard available outdoor, couples can spend pretty all their wedding day in this wedding venue and don’t need to worry about travelling far.
Lastly, the Quat Quatta is also very versatile on guest capacity size, catering both intimate weddings from 50 guests to large weddings around 150.
OUR STORY WITH THE COUPLE:
We met with the lovely couple earlier this year and it was great knowing the couple fell in love with our style of wedding photography at the very beginning. With many years of experience from capturing Melbourne wedding photography, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The wedding getting ready: our Melbourne wedding photographer started his day by capturing our bride and groom’s getting ready at their own places. With bridal party accompanying them, our wedding photographer captured lots of candid moments as well as laughter during the getting ready process.
The wedding ceremony: the couple said ‘I do’ at the courtyard facing towards the arbor and the green hedge. During the wedding ceremony, we also captured lots of photos of their cute dog sending down the ring to our groom Oliver.
The wedding photo location: with limited time allocated between the ceremony and the reception, our Melbourne wedding photographer needed to get some stunning bridal party wedding photos in short time. And that’s where the advantage of the Quat Quatta shows, opening the backdoor of the courtyard, the tall hedging as well as the white arches provided stunning backdrop for wedding photos straightaway.
