Situated amongst formal gardens and history trees, the Meadowbank Estate represents a grand Melbourne wedding venue that offers ballroom with huge dancing floor.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer who has been to the Meadowbank Estate for quite a few times now, what I love about capturing wedding photography at this Grand ballroom wedding venue is the perfect setting it offers for stunning photos. The water feature in the centre of the courtyard as well as the greenery backdrop are perfect for sunset photos and when bridal party arrives at the venue, the tree lines and lawn at the front of the venue offers candid and natural backdrop for wedding photography.
OUR STORY WITH THE COUPLE:
We met with the lovely couple earlier this year and it was great knowing the couple fell in love with our style of wedding photography at the very beginning. With many years of experience from capturing weddings at the Royal Botanic Gardens, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The morning getting ready: our Melbourne wedding photographer started capturing the wedding couple’s morning getting ready routine for their wedding ceremony. accompanied by their fun bridal party members, we captured lots of laughter and interesting moments from the getting ready process.
The wedding ceremony: with an Egyptian background, the couple was officially married at the Coptic Church in Melbourne North near the wedding venue.
The wedding photo location: before heading back to the wedding venue, we took the couple and their bridal party to Melbourne CBD for some wedding location photos. The Parliament House offers a grand architecture backdrop for wedding photos especially for our bride Shery’s ballgown.
