We recently celebrated my son’s wedding, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received during the planning process. Fior staff were always helpful and professional. A special thanks to Pascale Gardiner, who played a crucial role in organizing everything leading up to the big day. Though she wasn’t there on the wedding night, her dedication and attention to detail throughout the planning made everything go smoothly. We are truly grateful for her support and hard work. Additionally, I would also like to thank Steph, the event owner, for her efforts in making the day a success. Finally, I want to express my appreciation to the duty wedding manager on the night itself (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for his professionalism and handling of the event.
The team at Fior were exceptional from the very beginning. Pascale, the Venue Operations Manager, instantly put me at ease with her prompt communication. She was incredibly organised, addressing every detail—even those I hadn’t considered for the ceremony and reception. I did not feel I needed a wedding planner because of how helpful and organised Pascale was. Her guidance made the entire planning process seamless.On our wedding day, the management and staff at Fior were outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Beautiful venue! Great service!Only down fall was that the reception was apart of another function room. The food also needs to be improved. The chicken was not cooked fully . Otherwise an amazing night!
Gorgeous reception. Layout/design is very accessible and easy to navigate for guests . The ceiling is just divine giving off an iconic experience. Only reason it is not a five is that when the bride and groom come down the stairs, one half of the reception are blocked from a good view as the bar is in the way. I would recommend for a small-medium sized wedding.
I had my wedding at Fior 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely magical. From the overall service to the stunning white floral decor, all of our guests loved the venue. Thank you so much to Pascale and the team for helping us have the perfect night.
The venue was absolutely beautiful and the service tops. The food though is a little disappointing. I suppose each to their own. Do recommend venue just chose a better menu.
We attended a wedding here last month and it was nothing short of sensational! Having been to three weddings in the past year, we thought we’d seen it all - but we hadn’t!If you wondered what ‘off the charts’ looks like in a wedding sense, Fior is just that. It was so lux, we just kept shaking our heads at how styled it was, especially the gold chandeliers on the ceiling. Then we found out it was all part of the venue which is insane!The dance floor was huge and pumping throughout the night and the outdoor courtyard with a Japanese style garden was super cute. If we hadn’t already been married, this would have been on top of the list! DAMN!Everything was five star. Staff, service, vibe, food and drink. Check this place out, it’s a MUST!
Fior is elegant!2 weeks ago I attended a ceremony in the outdoor courtyard with grey marble panels and magnolia trees, with a state of the art sound system was perfect for the bride and groom.The lighting inside was perfect for the mood and ambience, creating a magical atmosphere.
