The Bel air style entry with white courtyard, palms and turquoise tiled ponds creates a sense of glamour and of course is what makes the Carousel so iconic as a lakeside wedding venue. inside the Carousel, you will find white terrazzo dancefloor with a warm yet sophisticated blend of fine textures used creating a minimalistic space for modern style wedding.
As a Melbourne wedding photographer who captures wedding quite often at the Carousel, what I love most about this wedding venue is the amount of photography opportunities available near the venue as well as the awesome food provided by the famous cater team ‘food &desire’. After the wedding ceremony, the bridal party could just head to the lawn next to the venue to get natural and candid photos with trees and lakes in the backdrop, while their guests mingle and enjoy the cocktails at the reception.
OUR STORY WITH THE COUPLE:
We met with the lovely couple earlier this year and it was great knowing the couple fell in love with our style of wedding photography at the very beginning. With many years of experience from capturing Melbourne wedding photography, without too much words, we quickly managed to stand on the same page of the style we after.
The wedding getting ready: our Melbourne wedding photographer started his day by capturing our bride and groom Madeline and Peter’s morning getting ready routine before they head to the wedding ceremony. together with their fun bridal party, our photographers were able to captured lots of happy and fun moments.
The wedding ceremony: standing on the deck overlooking the Melbourne city skyline as well as the albert part lake, the couple exchanged their wedding vows and rings to each other and made their first kiss in front of their friends and families.
The wedding photo location: the sunset time at the stunning Albert Park Lake is perfect in a wedding photographer’s eye. During the sunset time, we took our couple out on to the deck for a quick sunset photo session.
