We very much enjoyed a very traditional wood fired pizza lunch at the Carlei Wines & The Green Vineyards pizzeria.Rustic atmosphere and great wine make for a pleasant experience and I imagine this place would be idyllic for a balmy evening meal.Live music was a little loud but very subjective as it created an atmosphere that many enjoyed.Service was good with constant updates by an attentive waitress on a late desert which was ultimately worth the wait.Definitely a bit of a hidden gem and we will be back for more of their fine fare and wine.

From our initial contact with Denise, the entire team was professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. They helped us navigate every step of the planning process, offering expert advice and creative suggestions along the way. On the wedding day itself, the staff ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. They were genuinely invested in making our day perfect, and it showed in every detail.A Feast for the SensesWe were absolutely blown away by the catering at Carlei. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about the woodfired pizza. You can try winery testings by 15 dollars. The mascato was really rich in taste. The host was friendly and proud of his products.

Buy the spillage wine from other wineries that they are throwing out and putting it in his wine to save money. Is also supposed to be organic but uses pesticides. Pretty dodgy.

We had our mini wedding planned at the vineyard. Denise and team were brilliant with all the planning and suggestions for the wedding. Beautiful venue, food and staff was all we needed and they checked all the boxes. Highly recommend Denise & Carlei wines to anyone.

If you love an authentic rustic farm barn, it doesn’t get any better than Carlei winery. With an Italian themed menu & great wine to compliment, you will love the relaxed country feel of this place. We had pizza & platters & everything was delicious!

An amazing little hidden gem near to our place 🙂They do some amazing pizzas and the ambiance was pretty cool as well. Just a star missing as coffee was slightly disappointing but I am sure it was just that day! Gonna give another try soon and try new things on their menu 👍

The winery was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful, albeit a little busy with the events at the time of visiting. We only tried one wine which was decent (pinot noir), and there were plenty of seating both inside, or outside for us as we brought our dog with us. The carpark could be tidied up a little but the winery inside is very pleasant.

Very pleasant winery setting suitable for families and large groups. A fair selection of wood-fired pizzas, ranging from spicy sausage to vegetarian friendly. Booking us recommended.
